Bookings fall within the scope of DECREE 19/1997, of February 11, of the Valencian Government, which approves the regime of prices and bookings in tourist accommodation.

POLÍTICA DE CANCELACIÓN HOTEL CAP NEGRET:
-Flexible rate bookings, +55 years, Cyclists, Long stay, etc:
HIGH SEASON (June 23 until September 10)
● Free cancellation up to 7 days before the arrival date.
● Cancellations outside of this time or a No-Show will be charged 100% of the booking amount.

MID/LOW SEASON (January 01 until June 22 & September 11 until December 31).
● Free cancellation up to 2 days before the arrival date.
● Cancellations outside of this time or a No-Show will be charged 100% total of the booking amount.
● If you do not turn up (no-show) or cancel on the day of arrival, we will charge 100% of the stay.

- Non-Refundable Rate Bookings:
They cannot be cancelled and dates cannot be modified. The full amount is charged at the time of booking.

MANAGEMENT OF CANCELLATIONS
● To cancel a booking within the deadline, you should do so via the website (through your booking confirmation) or via email: reservas@hotelcapnegret.es or telephone 96 584 12 00. Outside of the booking office opening hours, send an email so the time and date of the cancellation request is recorded.
● The hotel reserves the right to charge an administration fee for reviewing the cases of cancellations claimed where proper justification is given. However, to cancel a booking within the deadline, you should contact us via email: reservas@hotelcapnegret.es or by telephone 96 584 12 00
● Refunds for cancellations: Bookings that are refunded after being reviewed will be refunded using the same payment method used for the initial payment.

CHECK IN and CHECK OUT
● The official handover of rooms is at 4pm. The departure time is 12pm. Guests arriving before 4pm can enjoy the premises. A luggage room is available for storing luggage and, in the case of stays with Full Board, the food service can be used. On the day of departure, luggage can be stored in the luggage room and guests can enjoy the hotel until later on.
● The room must be paid for during check in if it hasn’t been paid for in advance.
If you have chosen bank transfer as the payment method for the booking, you should do this in enough time so the amount reaches the hotel before your arrival day. Don’t forget to include your booking number on the payment request.

Items from the minibar or extras contracted and charged to the room will be paid for when you check out.

TO BEAR IN MIND
● Arrival time: 4pm.
● Departure time: 12pm.
● Half Board obligatorily includes breakfast and evening meal. Half Board with lunch obligatorily includes breakfast and lunch (midday).
● Drinks are not included in any type of board.
● Bringing food or drink from outside of the establishment is not permitted.

CASH / CREDIT CARD PAYMENT
● Cash payments must not exceed €999.99 in accordance with Art. 18 of Law 11/2021, of July 9, on measures to prevent and combat tax fraud, transposing Directive (EU) 2016/1164 of July 12, 2016. When the payer is a natural person (not a legal entity) and their tax residence is outside of Spain (upon proof of this), the maximum amount is up to €10,000.

PETS
● Pets are not permitted.

DISCOUNTS AND OFFERS
● Discounts cannot be combined with other offers and the non-refundable rate does not apply additional discounts.

EXTRA SERVICES
● If you have booked a service that includes Wellness or Balinese Beds, you need to book in advance using the number 965841200 or by email to calidad@hotelcapnegret.es
● The extra services contracted can be cancelled free of charge up to 7 days in advance.
● For services provided by the Beauty Center, such as various massages and treatments, the customer should book an appointment in advance directly with the centre. This is an external service carried out on the premises of Cap Negret hotel. You can contact them via http://www.beatrizbeautycenter.es/index.html

RECEPTION OPENING HOURS AND BOOKINGS
● Reception is available 24h.
● The Booking and Sales department is available from Monday to Friday from 9am until 7pm and can be contacted via email reservas@hotelcapnegret.es or telephone 965841200

REQUESTS
● DOUBLE BEDS: Rooms are booked by room type and not by type of bed, which is why the request of the type of bed is subject to availability upon arrival. Requests noted on the booking will be taken into account, but the type of bed will not be guaranteed in any case.
● TRANSFERS TO THE ALICANTE’S AIRPORT OR TRAIN STATION: The transfer service is offered through an external company, Beniconnect, so that company’s rules apply. Contracting the service requires a minimum of three days’ notice. You can request prices and availability of the service at reservas@hotelcapnegret.es . Cap Negret Hotel cannot be held liable for the transport service.

REWARDS
● Welcome drink: Drinks included are water, coffee, soft drinks, glass of cava or house wine, draught beer and vermouth.

CAR PARK
● If you are coming with your own vehicle, we have a free car park at the side and opposite the hotel. There are electric charging spaces available for up to 3 cars. You need to book and pay for the electric charging service at reception. The unauthorised connection of a car will be charged as an extra to the room and the charging will be disconnected and the vehicle towed away.
